Shipping

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Shipments are sent via Posturinn or Leit Leið ehf., depending on the customer’s location. If you prefer delivery through a different shipping company, additional costs may apply. Please contact us in advance if you wish to arrange an alternative shipping method.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number or tracking link so you can follow your package online.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging and postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, while transport fees vary depending on the shipping method buyers location, total weight and size of the shipment.

Final shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout.

We recommend placing all items in one single order, as we are unable to combine separate orders once they have been placed. Shipping fees will apply to each individual order.

Shipping costs start from €5.

We also offer free shipping on all orders over €150.

All packages are carefully packed, and boxes or envelopes are appropriately sized to ensure that your items are well protected during transport.

Please note that packages are shipped at the buyer’s risk, although special care is taken when packaging fragile items.


Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are accepted for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition within 14 days after delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs, import duties, or postal fees that may apply when returning items to Iceland.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, a refund (minus any applicable fees) will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days after the return has been completed.
