Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Posturrin or Leit Leið ehf. depending on customers location. If you prefer delivery by any other company, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us for choosing different shipping method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a tracking number or link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Shipping fees start from 5EU.
Free shipping for all orders that are over 150EU.
Boxes or envelopes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns and cancelations are accepted for items that are undamaged and unused for 5 days after the delivery has been completed. Buyer has to pay return shipping costs and any customs import and post fees that will occur if returned to Iceland.
Refund after fees will be transferred to buyer in 3-7 days after return has been completed.
