TORICRAFTS is a brand operated by Tori ehf.. All purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and cancellations made through www.toricrafts.com are processed under the legal entity Tori ehf.

Orders and Acceptance

By placing an order on our website, you confirm that:

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of the order.

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If an order cannot be fulfilled, any payment received will be refunded.

Pricing and Payments

All prices displayed on the website are listed in EUR (€) unless otherwise stated.

Payment must be completed at the time of placing an order using the available payment methods displayed at checkout.

If you do not recognise a charge on your payment statement, please contact us before initiating a payment dispute, so we can assist you in resolving the matter quickly.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are generally dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment has been received.

Shipping is handled by Posturinn or Leit Leið ehf., depending on the customer’s location. A tracking number or tracking link will be provided once the order has been shipped.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and transport costs. Transport fees may vary depending on the weight and destination of the shipment.

Free shipping is available for orders over €150.

Risk Transfer

Ownership and responsibility for the products transfer to the customer once the shipment has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

While we take great care in packaging all products securely, TORICRAFTS cannot be held responsible for delays or damage caused during transport by the shipping provider.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns and cancellations are accepted for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition within 14 days after delivery, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any customs duties or import fees incurred when returning items to Iceland.

Once the returned items have been received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 3–7 business days, minus any applicable fees.
